Amazing service they went above and beyond to make sure our meal experience was great.....the food is always fresh and delicious. ..love this place.
We have eaten here many many times never had a problem order to go once a week and on December 28 we ordered and for the first time we had bad steaks so called and was informed by a manager that we could have replacement dinners ...... called back and were basically called liers so guess it was worth losing our business over nice call #nothappywithcustomerservice#

I've never had a filet that was flat before. I also have never had a filet that had gristle. Well folk, I got both of those at Texas Roadhouse. Overall, I was unimpressed by the entire meal. I will spend the extra money next time and go to Hereford House.

Thanks to EVERYONE there who made my grandfather Clem's 91st birthday sooo special. Not sure if it's his personality, charm, or the fact he eats there weekly, but you guys make him feel soo special and loved, and that's something you don't see enough of any more. Thank you guys & gals!!!!
The food & service was very good. Never had a bad steak here. Always cooked just right.
