First visit to a Texas Roadhouse. The service was good and the food was good,for most part. Steak was burnt and dry looking, more along lines of well well done instead of the med well i ordered. But i brought it to the bartender's attention and they replaced immediately. 2Nd one was med well, still showing signs of juices. Perfect. The rolls are so very good!!! I would go back and give it another shot, for sure.
Except for the loaded baked potatoes not being loaded and the steak not having mushrooms as ordered everything else was great. Our server I think was Glen and he was great!
Horrible service !!! Called ahead for a reservation for 4:20 didn't get seated till 5:15. Terrible manager !! Very disappointed!!!
Horribly disorganized. Taken to a table to be seated and there were already people seated where we were supposed to be. We were then told she didn't know where to seat us. Stood in the middle of the isle waiting.......finally just left. Poorly managed.

The steak was unfit for human consumption. Service was just ok. I need a new set of teeth after trying to chew the steak, or was it steak????hmm??. Will never go back, worst experience ever, should of just donated $58 to a charity . TEXAS ROADHOUSE SUCKS

My husband and I, my daughter and a friend from school were have a Sunday dinner. The waitress acted as if we were inconveniencing her as she took our order. My husband asked for his steak to be well, my daughter medium. They had to swap steaks. It was easier than calling the girl over. Drinks were not filled regularly, and it wasn't extremely busy. Next time we are in St Louis we will chose Longhorn.
