I went to the one in st. Joe mo. And choked on a rubber band in my salad, manager comes out to tell ‘“ ma’am I know of this only happening 2 other times’”. WHAT!!! But he did take off my 4.00 side salad and gave me a water! ( still paid 64.00 for my meal) I called to complain about what happened and now IF I go back I can have a free dinner.. The food was awesome, from steaks to salmon. Even chicken strips. Steaks were perfect medium rare, very juicy and tender, the chicken strips were crunchy and moist, ribs were fall off bone. Fried pickles were crunchy and warm, potato skins had just the right amount of cheese and bacon. Our experience was A+, as good as a high dollar steak house. Service was outstanding, checked on us often and brought refills often. Have to say one of our best nights out in a long time.
