We arrived at 6 pm and they were already out of prime rib, ordered bone in rib eyes and they were supposed to be med. rare and came out still mooing and there was so much grissel that the knife wouldn't even cut it. The waitress would check on us and we would order more to drink and then it was literally 10 mins before she came back. She came back with the bill and I had ordered another drink and again, at least 15 mins before she came back to get the bill and she came back with no drink.
