Called an hour ahead for a group of 17 for a family dinner at 5pm and said we were all on our way. Gal answering phone more interested in talking than listening. Get there early and am told, go into the waiting room so the "large party coordinator" can talk to me. No one came, so I went to the desk to clarify and was told they were seating us - it was 4:30; I was alone. They walked me to four, 4-person booths in a row. Not happy but quietly sit down. What can I say besides this is my daughters favorite restaurant and everything about the staff managers and place is great. She knows the restaurant as BUNS and dances with the girls and gets hugs and high fives when she arrives we have become regulars and get the most respect ever. By far the best restaurant in green bay.
Service was excellent but the food and drinks were not! Old fashions taste terrible, we got the wrong dressing for our salad. The honey mustard looks similar to Italian so we put it on the salad. Surprise it was sweet! The beef tips were way to salty I couldn't eat them. We felt rushed to get out so they could get other people to the tables. We were in and out within 30 mins, felt like a fast food restaurant. Food was about the same as fast food. Very disappointed!
This is the first bad experience I've had with Texas Roadhouse. Went to dinner last night with my husband, and we were seated immediately. Ordered a drink and appetizer, then finally our meals. The drinks and appetizer came in a timely fashion, but seemed to take forever for the meal. Once they did finally arrive, the complete wrong steak came for my husband and the waitress barely offered a sorry. After cutting into my filet medallions, all three were way over cooked.
