My daughter picked Texas Roadhouse for her birthday dinner. The food and service were great.

Normally this is my go to place to eat. Not yesterday in the Green Bay franchise. It was 2:30 in the afternoon and the waiter service was good as usual but when the food came out almost 40 minutes later, it was cold and not what we ordered. My order was correct but cold...so cold in fact the butter in the sweet potato didn't even melt and the potatoe was cold to the touch. I ordered 8 ounce sirloin steak well done. The steak came out medium rare. This is the second time that i was not happy with the food or service. Always when its busy. When not as busy the food and service is outstanding.
Our waitress did her best .. but I ordered a steak after sitting over a hour wait with a reservation! My steak came and was like a hockey puck so sent it back and took over a half hour to get a replacement. Mind u all of the people with me are now done rating and our bill was being paid!!! The steal they finaly brought out wS as hard as the last. Very very disappointed
AMAZING RIBEYE! So flavorful..not like you'd usually get around Green Bay. Great staff, friendly and awesome environment
