Our party of 4 arrived at 6pm. Waited an hour and a half for a table. We waited another 15 mins after being seated for the drink order/server acknowledgment. We placed the food order. We were informed the Prime rib was out. My chili was served in styrofoam bowls since they "ran out of bowls". I asked the server why they1 ran out of bowls and food and was told, "Well, it is 8 PM (yes, we were sitting there that long already) and what else can you expect. I will send a manager over." Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite places to eat when In Wisconsin the UP doesn't have one. I always have had good food and service except for this past Saturday night me and my husband ordered our food and 2 beers the waitress told us to taste them because she mixed them up which fine whatever, but my husband ordered another beer never received it or water another waitress brought our food. My fiancé and I had dinner and drinks tonight. Awesome service and he loved his steak. I love the side kicker for my margarita!
My husband and I were there this evening and after waiting for 30 minutes for our food (that had been sitting in the window) we decided to it was time to leave. We saw numerous staff sitting around taking. We told the hostess that cancel our order. The service has continued to get worse and we will not be returning.
The Caesar salad would have been better without the bug 🐜 waiter was sickening with his so called humor and forgot things and got drunk wrong
