Texas Roadhouse’s website said they can take seasonings off of any of their foods, I have an intolerance to many foods so seeing their willingness to make food tolerable was the reason I chose to eat here. However, 20 minutes after I ordered, my waitress told me that all of their foods are pre-seasoned and they couldn’t help me. I barely ate my meal because of this and still got extremely sick. So disappointed that they claim to be flexible and helpful, but did nothing to help me find food that I can eat. Will never go back.

The wait was crazy long, the service however was fantastic and the food was good. Not sure if it was worth the wait, I should have called ahead but at the time I didn't know I could.

Took the family out to dinner tonight. My steak came out on the same plate as my sweet Potato that was loaded with marshmallow and caramel sauce. My steak was sitting in caramel...... manager took steak and potato back 15-20 minutes later after the whole family was already done eating they brought out my food. Steak had a liver flavor to it. ate about a quarter of it and could not eat anymore. Still charged the full bill even though the service and the food were both awful. So much for a good family dinner!!
