The restaurant was busy, our appetizer was forgotten about by waitress. Little disappointed that the free appetizer card we got for mistake was for smaller than what we hadn't gotten. Food was good, steaks were a little under done for what we had ordered in my opinion. Friendly staff.
Texas roadhouse staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, absolutely love the way they treated me and other customers and the food was made perfectly delicious.
First time I'd been there and loved it!!! Felt at home and the food is so worth the price. Also thank you for making my sister's birthday even more amazing.
We always get seated by the bathrooms when we bring our kids. So almost every time. I guess its a good spot to get forgotten about. Waitress only came back once to drop off our food. Never got a chance to order another round of drinks. We always tip generously but yesterday was the one time I considered not to. We still tipped 20% but prob won't come back. There's other places that can make a great steak and serve drinks. What ever happened to the waitress sticking around to make sure the steak was prepared correctly?
Food was good as always service could have been more help full .and seemed they were rushing us out .used to be alot politer in the past

Busy but great, food was delicious, staff were fantastic.
I like the food but not the atmosphere. It's always very busy, but the staff is very good at helping us and I've never had an issue with food. It's just a very loud restaurant.
