It was our first time here and we couldn’t have been happier 😊 service and food was excellent. We will definitely be back!
Our food was good, my husband had to wait about 20 minutesbefore he got the bbq sauce he asked for when we ordered. The waitress wasnt very attentive at all. Normally the last two times I was there the waitress was excellent. Our waitress this time didnt seem very thrilled to even be there. Very sad.

It is so hit and miss at this restaurant. I can’t understand why they can’t be consistent. Steak way too done. Broccoli was a mushy pile of green stuff. Salad - well I ordered romaine - plain with ranch. I got iceberg with carrots and cabbage. � what I don’t understand is why the wait staff just can’t figure out when you say I ordered romaine and ranch that means you go back and get me a new salad the way I ordered it. Love it there my favourite place in the world yum�
The worst service I have ever had in my life. We ate at the bar and the two bartenders (branden and skylar??) were extremely arrogant and disrespectful towards us. When one of us asked to have our steak cooked more he grabbed it, marched off, and then came out getting in our face asking if we even knew how we ordered our steaks. He was cocky and messed all of our orders up, but as we left the manager Joey made it seem like it was our fault. Terrible service at a terrible restaurant. Unacceptable.
Kephra was our server and he is AMAZING! He’s a new server but certainly doesn’t act like it. He was funny and awesome. I’d come Back for sure just to have him as a server again!
We love stopping at Texas Roadhouse when ever we get to Eau Claire, staff is always friendly and courteous and the food is fantastic. My wife is a disabled Veteran we go to Texas Roadhouse every year on Veterans Day. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for supporting our brave men and women who have served and continue to severe.
