RUDE! We left before being seated because 5 groups were seated before us. Mom CANNOT stand for any period of time so we went to the seated waiting area. Where we were ignored. Hoping we get better service in Madison. We WILL NOT be back to this location and recommend you take your business elsewhere if you have special needs.

Food was excellent but… the music was very loud. Hard to talk to each. Dinner should be enjoyable, not complicated. And the dancing that they “have” to do is a little uncomfortable and obnoxious.
We really enjoyed this place. Disappointed that they didn’t have catfish but otherwise everything was great. Good service and good food.

My fiancé and I come to Texas Roadhouse a lot, as it is our favorite restaurant. However, the last few times, we have had TERRIBLE service, our food has been over cooked, (ribs and potato skins), and just this last time, we had to remind our waitress several times of things we had asked for that never got brought to us (A1, rolls), but then we turned around and saw our forgetful waitress twerking/dancing back by the cooks, and the cooks were laughing so hard that they were coughing and NOT covering their mouths. Prime Rib and my son's steak were really fatty. Disappointed. The waitress was good but that's about it. Not in any hurry to go back !!!!!! And why do you have to ask for regular butter not everyone like the cinnamon crap

Have gone to the Texas Roadhouse several times. I thought their quality and service had slipped the last several months. Last night I was pleasantly surprised! My wife and I had the best steaks ever and the service was great. Great job Texas Roadhouse!!

The music was toned down from the last visit. Use to be so loud, you couldn't have a conversation. They offered us a bag of take-home peanuts, along with coupons for a follow-up visit before we even ordered (which I found odd). My wife's meal was delivered correctly, but my salad had the wrong dressing. My double pork chop dinner was delivered with the wrong side, which was corrected after I said something.
