My wife ordered a medium rare sirloin... it came out still mooing!. Very rare, almost raw. That wasn't the worst part... They took it back to cook more. 15 minutes later it came back stone cold and over cooked. Time to get a manager involved. But she was not any better than the incompetent staff. Service is great.. food is so so.. steak wasn't that great the chicken in the pic was a chicken breast and my husband got bone in chicken.. he didn't eat it we just brought it home .. the rest of the steak is going to the dogs for snacks.. the rolls were the best of the dinner.. we won't be back... we'll stick with longhorn

I always have a awesome meal waitress was nice she made sure that we were satisfied kept coming to make sure we didn't need anything awesome service
Had to wait for a table but it was in the 15-25 mins we were told. Service was good as was the food. The only thing it is so LOUD in there.. With the singing and the music... But wouldn't stop us from going back.
Sitting didn't take long. Are waiter didn't bring food that should of been brought out before main course. Didn't offer refills on our drinks. The floor under our booth was extremely dirty with food. We came as a party & called ahead for reservations but we all were seated on different ends of the restaurant. Food was warm not hot. Don't go back there if so not on a Saturday evening.
Stopped in to try out Texas Roadhouse and left wondering why we have never been there. The food was amazing and the staff and manager where so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back. Yummy
