RecommendedShout out to Texas Roadhouse in Waukesha, especially the staff that worked tonight! We come here fairly regularly but tonight was worth writing a review. First of all, both my steak and my fiance's burger were exceptionally well seasoned and cooked to our preferences. Also, the power went out while we were eating and all of the staff and management did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure everyone stayed calm and was taken care of to the best of their abilities given the circumstances.

we day at the bar, but we had great service and the Bartender was genuinely friendly... not just engaging in small talk

they are at 100% capacity, no 6' rule. once people reach their tables the masks come off, and they are not eating. made it through dinner but very unnerving.

I don’t eat a lot of red meat so when I do I want it to be great. For that reason we always come here. The food and service are always good. My advice though if you are doing takeout because of covid is to maybe reconsider how you like your steak. I ordered ours medium rare and when we got them back to wauwatosa they were so overdone they were inedible and more like cube steak than New York strip. the best place ever great staff
I have to say on sunday wasnt the best experience for me at this location. We had a waitress that was more into the bigger groups than just a couple. So I have to say the service was bad and I didnt leave the waitress a tip because our food was cold. We asked for a manager and she didnt really do anything but give us a credit for the meal that my husband sent back.
