The manager/owner, Zach, at the Rochester location is awful. His attitude towards his employees and customers is terrible. Give him your name and just ask him how far down you are on the list and from his very annoyed and snotty reply of “Umm, Who?”, you will see exactly what I mean. he has zero customer service skills especially for being a manager, and he orders everyone around like they are beneath him. He is exactly what is wrong with today’s world. Plus, he’s the owner - so there’s nothing you can do about it. How sad.
