Four of us out for a good meal! Less than happy our friend ordered a salad no onion no tomatoe, he got tomatoes. He also ordered his steak no mushrooms or onions he got both! Waited for his glass of water that never came! The manager brought out his second correct steak and never even apologized for the mistake! Took my granddaughter there for her 16th birthday (11/29). The plates on our table for the bread were dirty. I went to change them with others from the next table, they were dirty too. My husband had a cup of chili, the meat was grizzle and there was a bone in it. I had the kabobs. Not sure why she asked me how I wanted them done, because they came out burnt. Went there the other night with my two kids. My wife was at work and it was my first time out with a baby and a 4 year old! The staff was incredibly helpful. The waitress was REALLY good. The manager brought my food, which was apparently later than they wished do to them dropping my meal in the kitchen and having to re-prep it. He was apologetic and even voluntarily (to my surprise) gave me my meal for free due to the wait - which really didn't seem that long. Free meal or not, I would given them five stars. Took my daughter for lunch yesterday but was underwhelmed, especially with our server. She was nice when we saw her, but that was rare. Our drinks were left unfilled and she forgot my chili (which wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese) until I asked for it when she delivered our food (we hadn't seen her since she dropped off our appetizer). The food was good. My steak could have spent 30 more seconds on the grill and it would have been perfect. And it wasn't too loud.
