This is the second time I’ve ordered a to go meal. Both times even though specified in the online order, there was no dipping sauce for the chicken. Today when I drove back to get it, the worker was very clearly irritated to have to go to the kitchen and told me “you have to ask for that” to which I replied that I had, online when it asked if I wanted dipping sauce. Always great steaks. Cactus Bloom was delicious.
We stopped in for our daughters birthday. We've never had bad food here, but tonight, it was just awful! I had steak that was EXTREMELY fatty, and the toppings of mushrooms were burnt black. My daughter ordered the same thing, and hers was also awful. We tried to tell the waitress, but others in our party told her about their food being ill prepared, and we weren't able to tell her about ours.
