I don't impress easy, but tonight I was brought to tears of joy. Following my daughter's follow-up appointment (where she went from wheelchair to crutches) she walked into Texas Roadhouse (in Northfield) for dinner for the first time on those crutches. It was wobbly at best, but she endured and got to the table completely on her own. After we got our drinks, the manager came to the table to hear her story. I really appreciate that the kitchen manager had an employee go and buy some olive oil so that I would be able to enjoy my meal without getting sick... Not many restaurants will go above and beyond that way. I definitely will be back again.
