Meat was burned on one side, covered in mushrooms, so I didn't see it. We love to sit at the bar. Always great food and great service! If they get it wrong, they will fix it! Not that that happens often. Great bang for your buck dinners! Way to "rock it" Monument team!

One of the best ribeyes I have ever had. Our waiter, Wyatt, was exceptional. Will go back the next time in COS. And their sweet tea is the sweetest I have ever had and I am from the south.
