I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich only. I was charged full price even though i did not get a side. I assumed it was just an error and I called them to try and remedy the situation. I was told "It ain't nothing we can do if you don't want a side you don't want a side that's the price regardless." Extremely rude manager on the other end as well. Our entire office orders lunch on Wednesdays. I will request that they pull this menu from rotation which means you will lose business.
We sat at the bar last Saturday night and the server was very nice and the food was great.
THE ONLY THING I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH WAS THE SERVICE!!!! THE FOOD COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER!!!!!
Had a great meal with wonderful friendly servers Hannah (used to be at black Finn), Ashleigh from Prattville, keyosha:(forgive the spelling), Crystal and one more behind the bar sorry forgot your name. All did great. Food and atmosphere were great!
The food and the service was excellent and I will be back to dine there again.
We had a Great time,enjoyed with my daughters and grandkids, celebrated Tia ..My youngest 21st Birthday. The food was good, the service was excellent and the price was not at all. Wow! Great night out!!!
