Placed my order at 6:30, order said it would be ready at 6:50 and charged me with an email confirmation. Don’t understand why we didn’t get our food until after 8:00 and tried telling me the order never went though!! Spoke to the manger and he just said sorry since our order had to be put back in but not until 7:30? Doesn’t add up! I will not be back to my favorite place !!! Cold food on top of that!!!!! Very disappointed seriously I could see 15-20 minutes but over an hour and 20 minutes come on!
So disappointed in the to go. Placed order when we arrived because the app., website and phones were not working. Waited forever, girl from the tent comes up and asked about bread. I asked for bread when we ordered. She calls in a order for 12 rolls. I tried to tell her we didn’t need 12 rolls but she was more worried about degrading her coworker than listening to what I was saying. Charged me $5.00 extra for the bread. always love texas roadhouse! being a truck driver during this virus is hard to find decent food. texas roadhouse and their staff have went above and beyond to help us truckers! we will never forget that
I come to Texas Roadhouse every Friday and will NEVER order from this place again! I ordered my food at 4:15pm for a pick up at 6:15pm! I got there at 5:50pm and waited until 6:45pm to even get my order.. Then when I tell the waitress we didn’t receive all of our bread she has an attitude and snatches our receipt to go to the manager! The gentleman Renè who was working outside at the tent was amazing. All the staff seemed to be working really hard.
We love Texas Roadhouse-especially the Lafayette location. The food is great and staff is always super friendly.
