Clyde was great took care of our experience on this visit more people than usual cook was rushing our steaks Clyde took care of our new steaks.Matthew the best especially with the 4yr old he was patient. Will is awesome with us as well.

I go there all the time & only had 3 bad reviews from there in over 8 yrs. sadly today was one of them & on my daughters 8th bday at that:( my daughter and I always share the 23 ounce porterhouse T-bone medium rare the first time it came to the table it was well done so I sent it back and the second one was even more well done everybody at the birthday had already eaten and I was not waiting for a 3rd one so I just ate it. They Took it off of my bill but still sucks to have that done on a birthday party better luck next time... read more

I have visited Texas Roadhouse several times over the years. However this visit was just terrible. Medium steak was well done, forgot to put the grilled shrimp on a ribeye and shrimp plate. Waitress passed by four tomes and didn’t inquire as how we were doing. I could’ve used a refill on sweet tea but was fed up by that point. Won’t be going back anytime soon thats for sure. The manager did come over but didn’t even offer an apology or discount. “I’ll bring the steak out as soon as its done” left me flat.
