I have ate there plenty of times the food was always good.. But yesterday that was the best food I ever had.. Thank you.. Don't remember the waiters name but he was also great..
Valentine's Day was crazy busy. We had a 2 hour wait. But, once we were seated, they took extremely good care of us. Our food was excellent. I did order onions and mushrooms for the top of my steak and I didn't receive them. But our food was great and service was with a smile.
My husband took myself & our 2 daughters with us for dinner for Valentine's dinner a day early!! Our server was good!! My 15 year old found a hair down in her baked potato under the butter & sour cream!! I stopped a female manager with long hair & her response to us was well there is a lot of people walking around so you will have that!! I'm sorry that is not a response that you say to a customer!! The best Texas road house I have eaten. By far the best. We need one in Ripley, WV
Dave was an awesome waiter! Very friendly & prompt! Our food was amazing also.
We had a wonderful waiter Andrew. However the food was not great. Steak was tough and not like I ordered it. Rolls always good.

The general manager David Wilbey needs to find a new job his attitude sucks. My family will never eat their again. Black grease on appetizer plates he took our plates off table and didn't return. Hair and food particuals found on menu. Piss poor for 100$ meal!!!
Place was great, didn't have to wait long, food was great. The waitor did fantastic. Cannot wait to go back.
