Service and Food is always great.. only problem with this location is the parking...Thank you for a great meal.
Terrible manager tonight. Burnt food. And 1 hour food wait alone.
We waited a hour just to get to our table to Learn they gave it to another couple, & then had to stand in the Busy hallway will people push and shove passes us and waited to get a new table, then after ordering a blooming onion they brought out dirty food cover saucers that was not properly washed, then after receiving foodfood a hour later they brought my wife a burnt steak and my ribs was bone dry, way overcooked. Very disappointing in the whole experience.
Use to love eating there but last year I had to get a Hep A vaccine because of an employee that worked there and last night I ordered an Island Kicker and when I went to take a drink I noticed a cockroach in it. The Manager refixed my drink but still that wasn't good enuf for me! Won't be back to the Ashland KY Roadhouse!
Food was cold and had reservations at 5:45 didn’t go back till 6:30 didn’t get food till 7:15 and it was cold no refund had manager come over but didn’t discount wife’s food and remade my steak with no seasoning on it just plain steak had to use a1 for any taste so maybe it was close to holidays but still no excuse for not refunding my wife’s food
The SERVICE AND FOOD IS AWESOME AS ALWAYS BUT THERE HOME MADE RANCH IS TO DIE FOR.
