My husband and I just left and had HORRIBLE service. I think that the sever made assumptions about us and decided not to invest her time at out table. We had our appetizer dishes stacked on our table for the ENTIRE meal. I even thought that I would give her sign and I gathered everything and pushed them to the edge of the table. I have been there a couple of times. ...both times we had great service. ..the steaks were excellent (we do NOT put steak sauce or ketchup on our steaks) ...I also like the fact that the GM supports Wounded Warriors and has a special parking spot designated to them!
One of my favorite places to go after church to eat!!! Great food and service!!
Last man standing, has kept quality standards while other chains fall off.
Horrible service tonight. Left after waiting 20 min for seat. Asked for different table. They said sorry nothing else available. Didnt even offer next available booth. We left and went to charleston's on memorial and had great service and great meal. Wont be going back to texas road house on memorial.
