Terrible service waited for 30 minutes for some water then gave us rolls no plates to sit are food on we had to ask for them turned around my salad came got ready to eat it and pulled out a big ass piece of wax paper then lie and say it's part of a onion peel to another employee then asked for the salad so I took wax paper out gave salad to her she asked for the so called onion peel which was wax paper remind you this was a manager then she brings me another salad sits it down and say here go you another salad without wax pa... read more

Awesome experience. Costumer service rep Mendi was unbelievable and the food was great. She didn't make any mistakes and even though we was a large party, she kept her cool and took very good care of us. Even made the kids feel welcome. Was there tonight from about 7pm til 930-10pm 6/3/16. So go visit Mendi and tell her great job and that she is a great asset to Texas Roadhouse.
The rolls and butter were so good, and the steak and shirimp was worth it,and the waitress and service was good!!!!!
Poor service and was treated poorly! Was told it'd be a 30 minute wait. After 35 minutes, we checked to see where we were, the lady said, "sorry we must not have put you in there to be seated" ( but we gave you a buzzer just to hold onto fro safe keeping), "but we'll get you in immediately!". After MULTIPLE more GROUPS went in and we continued to wait, we asked why we have been waiting for 45 minutes and groups that have been there for shorter times have gone in! I have alway enjoyed Texas Roadhouse. To night I had to send my steak back twice but after that it was great. Only thing my party had finished eating and I had ate my potato and salad and could only eat a few bites of my steak. But still we enjoyed everything. We will definitely go back. We are Roadhouse fans.
