Our waitress rocked!!! She was training another gal who also was great. Both of them very knowledgeable. My date asked questions about different steaks, the names, & the difference between ribeye & prime-rib, she was on it & knew all bout it. The drinks & food were amazing � I would definitely recommend this location. Everyone there was very friendly ����

we normally have pretty good experiences here but last nights trip out was not even close to a good or even decent experience. our original waiter was obviously having a bad day and had a bad attitude on top of it. beer was spilled in my friends lap, he brought a wet rag to dry it up🤷♀️.... the air was not working in the section we were eating. to me this is not ok. they should have shut that area of the restaurant down, we were literally sweating. we asked to be moved and they told us we would have to go back on the waiti... read more
we ha e always loved Texas roadhouse but the last 2 experiences have not been as great as usual. the first- our steak was very overcooked, but we waited so long for it. we didnt want to wait again to have it corrected. 2nd- we were seated and waited 20 minutes and no one ever came back to take a drink order or anything. I had to go find a waiter. once the waiter came, we placed our order. waited 15 minutes for drinks and then almost 30 minutes for our food. were never offered refills on our drinks, and they weren't even supe... read more
