my steak was precooked when i got it it was cold along with two other steaks we ordered for other members of our party

Poor costumer service: On 02/04/21 I proceeded to sign into the waiting list trough the mobile app 15 prior to arriving to the restaurant located in 3431 Nelson Rd. Upon arrival me and my family made contact with the front employe and advised me that the app does not place me on the waiting list and just a way to let them know that “we are on the way to the restaurant to eat”.
