Food and service were great tonight and we had the best waitress we have ever had in Reno.
Delicious and Yummy steaks.
We used the app to check in 40 minutes ahead of time and showed up to be told it would be 20 more. After asking why and getting bs'ed another woman came over and helped us right out and got us to our seats quickly, no thanks to the eye rolling hostess. The food and service are outstanding. One drawback for me and my husband is the noise. We are both hard of hearing and wear hearing aids but it is SO noisy we can’t even hear each other. BUT it is a fun place for a lot of people because it is always crowded with people talking loudly and enjoying themselves. Lol
