I loved this place when it first opened bit the last few times we went there has always been something wrong. Last night was the topper. We will never go again. We went in and you really couldn’t tell from the door, but there was no separation. Every booth and table was full. The sneeze guards aren’t nearly tall enough. The rolls were awful, the waitress was very slow and when the manager or whoever she was came by and I told her she acted like she got mad and walked off. Went in before 9pm on MLK, the 3 girls at the desk were RUDE! Talked to the manager, she stated “we close at 9. She was told “we were in before 9” She told the girls up front to sit us. One finally did. As we walked by the kitchen I heard them fussing it was 9pm. We walked in at at about 8:50pm!!!!!! We left because of all this. As we leave one of the girls says “ well BYE” My family and myself was not treated very fairly! I will NEVER be back in the Greensboro location!!!! Not a great place if you want to talk at all. VERY VERY LOUD music! Gracie is a very rude manager.
