Please do better, we waited for 2 hours, no exaggeration! Although a busy New Years eve and my empathy for employees, there has to be a better way. Ordered online at 5pm and email instructed us to pick up at 5:30. we did not get our food until after 7pm. When we arrived home our daughters meal was missing completely and several items from other meals also not preset, items not cooked properly and hardly edible. always great meals.a little disappointed w their legendary margarita. the glass was completely full of ice to the top.n maybe got 3 sips outa the whole thing .n I got charged $12.let the waiter know i wouldn't be buying there drinks again. even the cokes,teas etc.. are full of ice ,but at least those r free refill.over all good customer service

there steaks expect for today mine was so under cooked I couldn't even eat it and don't like sending my food back.
