I understand the pandemic. I can appreciate the business establishments that are open. But I can not accept it as an excuse for poor service. My order was not completed properly. I informed the wait person and she said she would get the order corrected. She was gone about 15 minutes. I waited patiently thinking my order would be out soon. She came by the table and after I had been waiting those long 15 minutes she says I will go put your order in now and have it redone......????what was she doing the whole time I was waiting... read more

How do you miss up a online order? I made my choices for the food I wanted to eat And you want to blame the 3rd party for taking my order.i didn’t even get a call to explain what happen to my order. I was charged for the full order and didn’t even get half of my food. My phone # was Provided on the online order. I was going to let it go until we notice my order was not in the bag or there was not any silverware for my wife’s food she hand to eat with her hands like a pig.
