The food is great! However, there is a certain order that the food should be delivered. First drinks, then if an appetizer is ordered, this should be delivered before the entree. Tonight, we ordered an appetizer while waiting the server took our order. Then the salad came before the appetizer! Really? When I was a waitress, I learned to wait for the customers to finish one thing before bringing their food out. I guess it's all different now.
We go to TRH a lot, and I usually get a big steak and my gf gets the steak salad. My dinner was delicious, but 4 hours later she was in the bathroom getting rid of her dinner in the toilet. Its gonna be awhile till we go back.

The absolute worst Texas Roadhouse experience ever. I caught the end of the dinner rush so I expected to wait a bit. When my food came the steak and mushrooms were barely warm, the mashed potatoes so cold the whipped butter sat on top and never melted. The manager offered to reheat the steak and replace the sides. I told her that I appreciated the offer but, at that point I waited long enough to eat. She comp'd my check but I would gladly have paid full price for a hot meal.
