RecommendedTonight was one of our worst food experiences at this Roadhouse. Notice I said food. Our waitress, Aly I think was her name, did a great job. It was busy. It was Friday. Backed up kitchen. Every seat was full in the place. Literally. I didn’t get the MOD name but she took care of and handled the problem well. Not hating on the kitchen either. Everyone does the best they can these days and I feel for all of them. Thank you to all of you employees working tonight and trying your best.

I am a major fan of Texas roadhouse and we just got our hands down worse service ever! our drinks didn't come until the meal got there. our waitress made eye contact w me twice and walked right by as I waivwd her down. and I think the hands down worse was the incompetent cook and manager that followed... ordered medium rare and the ENTIRE steak was red not pink extremely undercooked... the Mgr then proceeded to have the steak put back on the grill... not even sure that's heal… See more

No me gustó el servicio hoy, las papas de mi esposo estaban muy saladas, mi orden era con papa al horno y no vino en mi plato, tuve q pedirla después, no te dan servilletas aún pidiéndolas, me gustaba este lugar pero creo q no volveré
Terrible service. Told a 15-30 minute wait for table of 5. Tried to seat us in a booth for 4. We are all adults. Waited another 40 minutes. Then sat us and was told no bread had to get it ourselves. �
