Food was no good!!!! Steak was not cooked to my standards of medium, the chili had a horrible after taste, even the rolls and their signature butter didn't taste right.. The cook is not doing good!!!

We love Texas Roadhouse! A couple years ago management changed and so did the quality of food being brought to the table. The other night we gave it another go again and the quality was much better. My only complaint was my prime rib did not come out medium rare, but our waitress was super busy so didnt have the time to reorder because of our time crunch with 3 kiddos.

Disappointed with everything. Had to get our own silverware, asked for bread 3 times, and ribs were overlooked. It was my daughters 9th bday & she was excited to ride the saddle. Our waitress FORGOT her birthday after talking to her twice about my. My daughter was disappointed to say the least.
