I never complain because I was a waitress for years but tonight July 18th I have to complain our food was cold I ask for medium rare steak got well done ask for ketchup on newphews hot dogs none party of 9 noone like their food but newphews but how could you mess hot dog up told waitress she said would have manager come talk us didnt said would give discount didnt which we never wanted one we just wanted to let manger know so could get issues taken care of maybe for next customer sorry have complain I'm 57 and never complain

The food was horrible steaks weren’t cooked right an food was cold told the server an she said she would let the manager know but they never came by to ask how our food was she just brought our bill back five mins later.
Great place great service
got to pick my own steak out and they cooked it the way i wanted it. It was very clean inside friendly people
Great experience at Roadhouse today! All staff was kind and accommodating, Drew was a wonderful server, food was excellent. Loved having the option of sitting outside, hopefully that becomes permanent in the future !
