Our first visit this evening 12/29/16.....Well the small dishes that were out when we sat down to were all dirty. Then when we got our drinks,all of our glasses were filthy!! Made my stomach roll, we were all grossed out, So we told the waitress, and she took the plates away and brought us all new drinks. The glasses were full to the top and when we drank them down a bit, we noticed those were also filthy. Also...the orders were mixed up and the liquid smoke they put in the beef tips was too strong! This is one of my three favorite places to eat in Idaho Falls. The manager, Adam, is GREAT and makes sure everything is done right.
Went for the ribs, instead got a hair caught in my teeth ... was about 6" long and blonde... couldn't have been any of my families ... management was pretty much making excuses after we had to request his presence, wasn't very nice what so ever I have different words to call him. Then he seemed pissed that I refused to pay for my ribs with extra side of hair... what a joke
Super wonderful, we came in to celebrate my parents anniversary. Our table was ready, with a extra chair for my Dad, the waiter was attentive to my parents, and most importantly the food was amazing. stakes cooked perfectly. I recommend Texas Roadhouse in Ammon
Pennie and I along with my Son and Daughter April and her son Ryson was at the Road House to celebrate our 56th Wedding date. We had great food and wonderful service.
We have had the last 4 orders gotten completely wrong. We order to go and bring it home to eat. They either burn the steak to charcoal or make a well done steak rare. We decided to give them 1 more chance last Wednesday. I ordered a well done steak with no pink. When I got there to pick up the food, they forgot our salads so had to make them. The food is fantastic, great staff love going here.
They keep the lighting so dim you can't see what food you are actually getting. Asked for no pink in my hamburger, when I got home I had to throw it out because it was so pink!!! Won't go back
