Always friendly servers. They recheck frequently to ensure a super dining experience. The food is prepared by excellent chefs and preparers. Five stars for the Augusta, Maine Texas Roadhouse!

We've been here many times, I must admit it's mostly due to the butter and rolls! The dressing on the Caesar salad resembles mayonnaise, no flavor, but sadly I keep ordering it. I ordered rice, to try something different, and it had onions. I should have asked if the rice came with onions. I had never ordered the tips, so I tried them and they were served with gravy. We usually enjoy the going to the roadhouse. This last trip we were told 30 to 45 minute wait, which was ok and we waited, .... and waited. At 60 minutes I asked where we were on the list. They said that they were clearing tables and it would not be too much longer. We waited...and waited. At 1 hour and 30 minutes I asked again. At almost 2 hours we gave up and I told them we would not wait any longer. They informed us that they had misplaced our reservation. We left.
