Really sadden and disgusted by the lack of customer service we received from the manager of Texas Roadhouse in Bangor this evening. Apparently they have a policy of no food allowed from outside which is fine however how the manager approached us was rude and reprimanding when I brought a happy meal in for my three year old tonight after a long day. We had a great experience at the Texas Roadhouse yesterday! We were taken to sit at a booth upon our arrival. We called ahead about 30 minutes prior. Our waitress Kassie was very kind and attentive to our needs. We had some questions about the menu and she answered them in a professional manner. The drinks and food were great! The only concern that I have is the amount of salt used in all food served makes it not always enjoyable. I choose to come here sparingly because of that. Otherwise we had an enjoyable experience!

Great steaks, good bar and grille sort of atmosphere, friendly efficient staff, and a manager personally came to our table to see how things were. Warning: it was pretty noisy, but that's what you have to expect in such a popular place. Best of all you get to chuck your peanut shells on the floor! Highly recommend!
