Service sucked. Famous hot rolls just barely warm. Skins over cooked dried out. Steaks come by someone else basically raw sent back waitress slows down as she passes by to let us know our steaks went back. Manger type brings steaks out mine was close to well done not med rear and girls was ok side of onions not even enough to have a piece with each piece of meat most fries unseasoned the few that where had way to much seasoning. Prime Rib was excellent. Call ahead seating works
I wanted to thank manager Susan and waitress Bridget for such a wonderful dinner tonight. We have been to this location many times. The restaurant was very busy this evening. We were a party of 10 to celebrate my dad's 87th birthday. We had called ahead one hour and asked for seating for 10 and Susan was so helpful. I told Susan we would all be there at 6:00, she said she would see what she could do to have us all seated together. We all arrived at 5:45 and was seated all together by 6:05. Love the rolls and honey cinnamon butter! We were a party of 12 last night to celebrate my sister's birthday. Everyone enjoyed their food (I had the 1/2 slab of ribs....yummy and filling!!) My sister rode the 'birthday bull'. We had a lot of fun� The service was good as well.
Great time with the family, the food was good..no issues, staff were friendly but busy, had to wait 25 mins for our drinks.
I've been here plenty of times before but tonight was better than ever. Our waitress Sarah was awesome & I made sure she knew how great she was. It's nice to have people who actually enjoy their job and make your dining experience awesome while there. She was pleasant, very helpful with menu and amazing with my children! Thanks Sarah! A+++
Food was very good. But got home and my clothes stunk like a greasy restaurant. I hate that.
