Amazing waitor Daniel did awesome for my daughter's birthday . On point with everything
The server never brought any of our food to the table or came to check on us, just took our order. The $20 steak wasn't cooked right so the manager came over and took $5.00 off our bill. The service and food went WAY DOWN! I won't be going back there anymore. Very disappointing
I love the atmosphere and the food is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. There appetizers are also good. The rolls they give are sweet tasting and they give you a cinnamon butter put on the rolls. Yum. The rolls are also served hot. I had there steak tips and they were so tender.
The table was dirty, the plates were dirty. The floor had napkins, utensils and food on the floor. Not peanut shells either.... food..... just gross.
I cant give less than one star,it was not the waitress fault,busboy with the doo rag seamed to not want to be there,seated at a filthy table,they sent him over to clean..the rag smelled horrible as if it was never rinsed or changed..the table was sticky and smelled after he so called cleaned it,the seat was discusting,drinks were great yet the food was 2 stars at best..place was filthy to be honest..where is John taffer? They need a visit from the FDA ..bring up your standards
I am a regular at this location.I have been well over 100 times over the years.I can count on less than 1 hand how many times that I've had any kind of issue. Food is awesome and service is just as good.Everyone has a bad day once in awhile.
