Sorry but we had a large party of 17 and were place directly under the air conditioning, we were begging them to turn it off, it was so cold we were covering ourselves with the napkins to try to warm up. They refused ~ we had to go outside to warm up. when dinner was finally served it was barley warm, of coarse it could have something to do with the freezing atmosphere, the I got a mixed vegetable side that came raw, I have always had good experiences at other Roadhouses but will not be back to this one..

Okay, first time I am writing a review. We eat at Texas Roadhouse in Rapid City SD very often, and we always have excellent service but I want to give a shout out to our waitress named Seresa who was absolutely fabulous. To give the impression that we are your only customers and I know how crazy busy you all are. Your service was wonderful. It is always fun to come and relax at Texas Roadhouse on Friday night. Keep up the good work, Seresa you are beautiful and awesome!
Always excellent service. Even when the place is packed, you never feel like your waiting very long for anything. We have visited numourous times and service is always amazing. From right when you walk in the door being greeted by friendly happy faces, immediately sat and with bread right away, server to the table with in 2 minutes, drinks served right away, appetizers and salads are out almost immediately, bar drinks are always made perfectly, and never a complaint about the food. Food was awsome and waitress was good. BUT....staff cleaning off tables and setting up tables were very loud. Slamming the dishes.

The one place where the seasoning on the steaks is so good I don't ever add any sauce.

Food was good but the customer service was lacking --- We eat out once a week and Texas Road House was our go to place for steak and family celebrations but we may be reconsidering -- arrived yesterday afternoon - and to hear our server and for her to hear us we were shouting -- after the dance the music was not turned down -- tried to point that out to the asst. manager and she told us loud us who we are!!
