We ordered to go at about 4:45 on Mother’s Day. We knew it would be busy but they said 35 minutes on the phone. We did not get our food until a few minutes shy of 6:30. Sat in the parking lot for well over an hour. I called and asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t even get on the phone with me. We ordered to go. Got our two meals and the family size chicken critters for the kids, definitely fed my five kids plus they have a snack later. I was surprised how much came in the family pack.
We ordered take out last night. It was fantastic! The packaging was great. The salads had all the toppings packed individually to that nothing was soggy. The ribs and steaks were prepared great. They even included peanuts! The food was awesome as per usual. Everything was quick at pick up and the set up is efficient.
100% awesome! We picked up supper curbside--Between the gal on the phone, the gal greeting us when entering the parking lot, and the servers that brought out our food everyone was completely amazing! We will definitely be ordering agin. Food was top notch and for the price it was even better! Super HAPPY with everything! Thank you again!
We ordered carside to go for dinner on Tuesday. The food wasn't as good as it usually is on this occasion and they forgot things. Both of our salads didn't have any croutons on them, my house salad had a hair in it, they forgot the cinnamon butter for our buns (which is our kids favorite so that was a bummer) and my steak was way overcooked and dry. We have always had such a good experience here but this time it was hard for me to eat after finding the hair and having to throw my salad.
