Went there last night for my mother’s and nephews birthday. Horrible service from the moment we got there to the time we left. The place was not busy at all but refused to seat us which ok we were waiting for 3 more people in our group of 14. So asked if we could be seated and the others could just sit somewhere else. There was a waiter there that started bitching about our group saying I don’t want to seat them how are they going to know what those other 3 people will want to eat. I always have a great time here. But my friends came to visit from out of town and our experience wasn’t very good. I asked the waiter if he preferred the bone in ribeye or the ribeye without the bone. He suggested the bone in which was more expensive but I took his advice. I ordered med-rare ribeye. The steak came medium to almost well done. When I brought it up to the waiter he said “man I’m sorry about that” then left and came back a few minutes later an told me he had taken money off of my bill. My personal total alone w... read more
