The worst experience I have ever had. Thanks for the worst father's day dinner ever. Was told a 30 - 40 min wait at arrival. Waited 1 HR and 10 min until I talked to a manager. Then we were seated. Drinks and ordering went well, then 45 min later our food was served. A manager did come out 1 time and say "sorry but your meal is not the only 40 + min meal tonight". Then walked away never another sorry, discount, give us another shot card. I will never step foot in this building again.

I've never had a bad meal at any of the Texas Roadhouses in Westminster, Hagerstown, York, or the new Frederick location. We had an early dinner with our 3 year old and 4 month old and everything was cooked great. Ashley (working behind the bar) kept our drinks full and we wanted for nothing! Our 3 year old is very social and made friends with servers that were waiting on other tables, she especially loved Cidney and Kayla! They took time to talk to her and had a sincere interest! Super good food! Drove twice in one week from Damascus to eat there! Ribs, chicken, steak, b-cue sauce, and chili are superb! Cinnamon butter rolls are to die for!!! Love the service too!
