We had a great server however the servers cleaning the area near us were so loud in their conversation that we couldn't hear each other across the table. Too, as they swept the area they threw the chairs around which created a racket. After my husband brought it to the managers attention the one waitress continued her loud disruptive behavior. Not happy with our experience.
The food is pretty good. Not many healthy choices but you don't go to this kind of place to lose weight. Our biggest problem here has always been the service. We've been here three times since it opened and had problems on two of them, mainly incorrect orders or forgotten items. And when that happens, it takes the kitchen AGES to turn out the right food, even when it's not busy. And by the time it does your sides are either cold or eaten. Hopefully our next visit will be a better experience.
All got steaks that were cooked perfectly,atmosphere was chill,definitely need to go back
Been to multiple Texas Roadhouse restaurants throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania we aways get great sevice but the Frederick, MD location was one of the best. Our waitress CiCi was fun and outgoing and we never wanted for anything. You guys are doing a great job keep it up!
Great food and the best server you could ask for. So whenever you go ask for Tatum!! NY strip, mashed potatoes & the best green beans I've ever had from any restaurant!!
The food was great my steak was cooked perfect for me medium well an the service was excellent I can't wait to go back
