Food was good, but I got takeout and asked for plastic ware (knife, fork, spoon) and was told they were out. I asked how I’m supposed to eat my food. “I don’t know I’m sorry we just ordered more”). That’s fine guess I’ll eat my rice, salad and steak with my fingers.
service was good but the food had too much salt on the beef tips and Green beans
We visited tonight and our daughter got sick about 15 minutes into being there Tura our server was the sweetest thing and rushed to get us boxes to go cups new dips and butters to take home and finish our dinner. Thank you again Tura (im not sure of spelling) for making us feel so much better about the situation and really showing you care. Texas roadhouse Frederick is definatly a great family friendly restaurant!
Very disappointed! First trip to this one and had to have my steak sent back 3 times and my daughters 1 time. They got her right but never did in mine and the manager never came to talk to me. I figured they would have discounted the bill or taken better care of the situation. I dont think I will be going back.
