So my wife ordered food online at around 5:15 this afternoon. The website said that our food would be ready at 5:45. The kids wanted McDonald's so we decided to pick up their food before heading to Texas Roadhouse. We got there around 5:50 due to the line at McDonald's. It took us 20 minutes just to get all the way into the parking lot and for someone to instruct us which "To Go" parking space to use. ordered for curb side pick up at 4:00. It was absolute chaos at the restaurant with everyone's orders messed up. we got our food at 5:30. we pre-tipped when we paid ... waste of money and wasted time. total failure!!
Curbside pickup was horrible.. ordered food 2and a half hours before official pickup time .. still sat in line for additional 45 minutes . Food still wasn’t ready !! Horrible horrible.. I already paid for it so it’s not like I’m gunna leave without it . . Ridiculous
Ordered curbside pick up today 4/19/2020 was given a 6:20 pick up time. I got my COLD food 40 minutes late after sitting in line forever. Who wants cold fried fish? A total waste of money and time. GARBAGE!!
Curb side service was fast & efficient Dinner was excellent. Just need to fix webpage so I could have ordered online instead of the old fashion phone method.
we always go there every other Friday for payday dinner.. but with all that is happening we decided on curbside.. every person I dealt with was so pleasant and just welcoming and I thank you!!!!
