Waitress knocked over an entire pop in my Sons lap. Not only did they not comp anything on the bill, but when he went back to the table 30 seconds after we walked away for his leftovers, they had already been thrown away. Never again
My family and I are always at Texas Roadhouse. My 4 year old nephew just loves to eat the rolls (I mean who doesn’t love the rolls) but he always love to hear the celebrations. He loves it so we chose to celebrate his adoption there…all of the staff were just awesome and made us very happy! Fast forward recently we had the joy of 3 wonderful servers their names were Jessica C., Armonte, and Joshua! Wonderful as always! Server Kory was great, but we’ve never had anything but great service here! Tee the manager always checks in to make sure everything is point on. Thank you!
Both of us ordered steak, specifically the New York strip. Mine was 8 oz, his was 12 oz. Both were overcooked. He ordered medium rare, and got medium. I ordered medium well, and got close to well done. The rolls were great, the salad was good, and the side dishes were good too, although the loaded baked potato could have had more "loaded" on it, as the potato itself was huge. Rather pricey, but still good.
Have always enjoyed the meals I have had there. Have never had a bad meal there.
