Right now I can not in good faith recommend take-out from this Texas Roadhouse. Ordered online, promised 6 pm. 645 is when our food got to me. It wasn't until I asked someone to check on my order....I am thrilled you guys are open and doing what you can to keep your staff employee, I applaud that. Anyone thinking of getting take out from them currently, from order time to in my hands was an hour and 15 minutes, 0 communication...

Y’all need to put some more people on the schedule to keep up with the constant flow of curbside pick up 😕 I ordered at 4:45 and was told 20 minutes and it’s now 6:17 and my food still isn’t ready. Been sitting in my car for an hour and 30 minutes. We live in king William so we can’t just go home and come back. I know it’s busy I just wish y’all would’ve told me an hour and a half wait so we wouldn’t have driven up there thinking it’d be picked up in 20 minutes.
Every time we go in there is a little wait but the food is worth the wait . Great waiter and customer service
My steak was cooked perfectly and was delicious!
