Waitress took my husband's order and walked away. My steak was too salty so they made another without seasoning and it tasted kind of burned. Each visit just gets worse. Use to be my favorite not so much now. I won't be back for a while if ever. I definitely won't pay to eat here, someone else will.
The waiter pushed us to give her a specific amount of tip. I complained to their corporate about this. They re-directed me to the owner of this branch. The owner turns out to be an Iranian lady who runs the restaurant with her husband. They apologized and told me they will send me a $25 gift card to show their appreciation. They never sent the gift card. As a Persian, it made me sad to see this Persian didn't keep her word. Worse service ever I am with my mom and sister they ask us what we want to drink my mom and sister order a drink I told her I wanted nothing meaning nothing to drink and she took my mom and sister order and didn't even take my food order now I am siting here nothing to eat starving so thank you for ignoring a customer Texas Road House
Okay we had a party of 8 so what are the large group so to speak and the service was great everything arrived right on time and all the food was just how we ordered it. Cannot about speed of the service because it was perfect. The place was clean except for where we left all the peanut shells and a few other peanuts show for others but that is to be expected. Got there about 4pm and left around 5pm, the place had plenty of customers. Must be our lucky day for service, thank you for a job well done.
I eat at the one in Waco, all the time, but the one in College Station once or twice a year during fire training. The food is always great but our large groups of firefighters don't always feel welcome when we show up. Mayybe we are too loud. I do recommend eating here though.
It was great food! This place stays extremely busy, but worth the wait.
My family loves this place! We all get a steak and we feel they have some of the best in town. It's always crowded but they are always friendly and try to keep things moving.
One hell of a steak. Great people and fantastic atmosphere
